I just finished writing a manuscript. Can you please help me where can I send it, email or otherwise. Do i have to pass also a hard copy of my manuscript?

Do i have to attach resume or something? What about the foreword or the pen name that i will be using, do i have to include it also in the ms?

yes, you need to attach a resume. there's no need for you to include a list of pen names.

when your ms is approved, hopefully, they will ask you for three pen names. saka ka na lang siguro mag-send kapag hiningi na nila.
